Description
The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement effective shopper marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Manage marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
- Coordinate with agencies to design impactful promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with retailers to ensure optimal brand visibility.
- Drive consumer engagement through innovative in-store marketing initiatives.
- Build and foster relationships within the UK Retail Space, special focus on Supermarkets and Garden Centres
Profile
A successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience and skill-set in a shopper marketing or similar role within the FMCG industry with a focus on UK Supermarkets
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
- A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to commute to the office in Solihull 2 days a week
