We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Nursery Nurses to join a vibrant nursery school in Solihull, focusing on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Role Overview: As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our key children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the individual needs of children with ASD and ADHD
* Planning and implementing tailored activities to encourage learning and development
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observing and assessing children's progress and well-being
* Maintaining a positive and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ASD and ADHD
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring and patient approach to childcare
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
