Infrastructure Engineer
My client, an MSP based in Solihull are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their technical team. SC clearance is needed due to the clients that they work with. Other responsibilities of the role will include providing Service Desk support for escalated issues, covering all levels of support, frequent project work, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the IT infrastructure to their client base.
- Participating in project work required by clients.
- Provide technical support for servers and applications
- Configuration and support of firewalls, routers, switches, and servers.
- Occasional site visits around the UK.
Skills/Experience:
- MSP experience is necessary
- SC Clearance
- Configurations and setup of switches, routers, and firewalls (3+ years' experience)
- Microsoft Servers and Desktops
- Active Directory
- VMware
- Hyper-V
- Storage
