The Role of the Workshop Manager

As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operations within the company's Part 145 workshops. This includes leading a team of technicians, optimising workflows, maintaining quality control, and managing inventory to deliver projects on time and exceed customer expectations.

The Workshop Manager will also be the Nominated Post Holder for the workshops, ensuring full compliance with MRP Part 145 requirements. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this Workshop Manager role will have a strong background in aviation workshop management, with a deep understanding of MRP Part 145 regulations. You should possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop a team, and a keen eye for detail.

A completed engineering apprenticeship, preferably in Aeronautical engineering or a military equivalent, is required. Additionally, a minimum of 8 years of aviation experience, including previous workshop management and machine shop experience, is highly desirable.
