Location: Solihull, West Midlands.Salary / Benefits £26k - £40k + Training + BenefitsWe are working with a nationally recognised, multi-disciplined Fire Safety Company who, after reviewing company requirements, are looking to take on a Fire Damper Engineer to cover contracts across the West Midlands. Working on Healthcare, Educational, Pharmaceutical, Commercial and Residential sites, you will be responsible for carrying out the installation, servicing and maintenance of Fire dampers in line with BS999 / TR19 guidelines. This role would suit someone looking to join a continuously growing company who can offer opportunities for further training and career progression. Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coleville, Burton upon Trent, Stafford, Telford, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Worcester, Solihull, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Beeston, Nottingham, Derby, Stoke on Trent. Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working as a Fire Damper Engineer for a reputable Fire Safety provider. " Holding the BESA Fire Damper qualification or other industry qualification is beneficial to the role. " Will have good time management skills. " Well versed in BS 9999 / TR19 guidelines. The Role:" Attending Healthcare, Educational, Pharmaceutical, Commercial and Residential sites. " Carrying out the installation, servicing and maintenance of fire dampers. " Inspecting fire doors. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with BS 9999 / TR19 guidelines. " Using information from site to produce detailed, site-specific reports. " Liaising with clients to provide excellent support, advice and recommendation based on current state of fire dampers.
