Maptalent are urgently seeking an experienced Groundworker for works on a high end residential development in Hockley Heath, Solihull.
Working as part of a multi-skilled team on a bespoke million pound plus property, you will be required to assist with the installation of a water proof membrane, block & beam and any other duties as directed by the Site Manager.
You must be a multi-skilled groundworker experienced within front end and finishing groundworks, be able to read from drawings etc
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid CSCS card, tools, ppe, previous construction site experience and checkable references.
You MUST be available to start on Monday 7th April.
