Foundation Personnel is seeking an experienced Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor to join the HS2 project in Solihull, West Midlands. This role involves lifting operations for bridges and structures on HS2, working with 100m & 250-ton Crawler Cranes.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Blue CPCS card for Crane/Lifting Operations
  • Safety Critical Medical
  • Ideally BBV inducted

Duties Include:

  • Supervising all lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  • Coordinating lifting activities to ensure efficient use of cranes and safe handling of loads.
  • Conducting risk assessments and creating lift plans.
  • Ensuring that all lifting equipment is inspected and certified.
  • Communicating effectively with site teams and crane operators to ensure smooth execution of lifting operations.
  • Overseeing the setup and dismantling of cranes as required for different phases of the project.
