An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our client, a thriving family run business based near Solihull. The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a passion for providing the highest level of customer care, providing planning, communication and delivery to their customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and flourishing team in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Duties include:

* Convey information, set expectations, and provide updates to team members, suppliers, and customers.* Prioritise tasks and organise schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.* Identifying potential risks and implement strategies to minimise their impact throughout the project lifecycle.* Resolve project challenges swiftly and effectively.* Negotiate resources, timelines, and project scope with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.* Flexible and responsive in adjusting plans and strategies to meet evolving project needs or unexpected challenges.* Competent in managing multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables with precision and efficiency.* Proficient in using project management tools and software to streamline processes and track progress.* Skilled in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project success.* Assisting with various business initiatives, including marketing campaigns and social media activities

Skills and experience required:* Excellent communication skills.* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Previous experience in Project Management.* Excellent organisation skills.* A high degree of self-management and initiative. * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint* Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent time management, with the ability to work to deadlines. * The ability to work in a discreet and confidential manner. * Possess a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
