We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a leading practice in their Shirley office. In this role, you will manage a high-volume caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth process from instruction through to post-completion.You will work closely with clients, third parties, and colleagues, providing expert legal advice while maintaining high standards of client care and service.Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, third parties, and colleagues via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Ensure transactions progress efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues within transactions.
- Provide excellent client service, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations, policies, and best practices.
What they are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2/3 years PQE.
- Experienced in managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Approachable, professional, and committed to delivering high levels of client service.
- (Preferred but not essential) A client following.
