Residential Conveyancer /Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive - Solihull

£45,000 - £52,000 (depending on experience)

Oculus is partnering with a leading Legal 500 firm in Solihull to recruit a Conveyancer for their highly regarded residential property team.

The Role:

Hybrid working available
Full admin and secretarial support with a case management system
Manage a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Non-volume caseload - focus on quality over quantity

£45,000 - £52,000 (depending on experience)
