RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL (Polish Speaking Preferable, but not Essential)

Location: Shirley

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm; Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (37 hours per week, 1-hour lunch break)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property team in Shirley on a permanent basis. Ideally, the candidate will be bilingual in Polish and English, with a passion for Residential Conveyancing. (Polish language skills would be beneficial, as this role may involve translating documents and interpreting between English and Polish.)

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Submitting AP1 applications to facilitate the registration of legal titles with the Land Registry.
  • Assisting Conveyancers with managing their caseload by carrying out legal procedures under their supervision.
  • Handling file-related queries via phone or in person, ensuring client service levels are met.
  • Progressing cases efficiently, adhering to professional standards, internal procedures, and key deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be.

  • Bilingual in Polish and English (preferred but not essential).
  • Ambitious and motivated, looking for long-term career development.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience supporting fee earners in a busy Residential Property team is essential.
