Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality technical training programs to managers across the UK
- Developing and maintaining engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to managers, ensuring knowledge retention and application
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in a corporate environment
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
