Residential Conveyancer – Maternity Cover – 12 Months FTC

Type of the role: Full-time, 12 Months Fix Term

Salary: Generous salary depending on experience and qualifications

Hours: Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • 1 hour for lunch (37 hours total)

Venatu Recruitment Group is excited to announce a full-time Residential Conveyancer position at our client's offices in Shirley. The successful candidate will manage a substantial caseload of residential property sales, ensuring effective and professional communication with clients, third parties, and colleagues, both over the phone and in writing, while adhering to tight deadlines.

We are looking for…

  • A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • An individual with 2-3 years PQE who has experience handling their own caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated professional with a positive attitude.
  • An enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is approachable, well-presented, and professional.
  • A client following is advantageous but not required.
