Overview:

An exciting opportunity has become available working as a Credit Controller for a Solihull based manufacturing company. This role is perfectly suited to a confident and experienced individual who possesses a positive and driven mindset. A successful candidate would need to be immediately available and have previous experience in a high-volume Credit Controller position in which they have had to successfully manage and maintain a portfolio of clients.

The main responsibilities of this role will include ensuring the timely payment of debts, responding and resolving client account queries as well as negotiating payments plans and potentially putting accounts on hold.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills are required to effectively build strong relationships with customers to negotiate payments plans, set terms and collect debt in a timely manner.
  • A fine attention to detail is needed to manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate and up to date account information.
  • Competent in time management to ensure daily to-do lists are actioned as well as being able to prioritise tasks accordingly to meet demand.
  • Previous experience in a Credit Controller role where you have been exposed to both high and low volume debt and handled a portfolio of clients.
