Mitchell Adam is delighted to announce another fantastic Credit Controller opportunity at a hugely successful and corporately-responsible manufacturing company based in Solihull. The successful candidate will have done a similar role in the past covering Credit Control responsibilities such as debt collection, resolving queries, maintaining accounts, assessing credit risk and opening new customer accounts.

What you'll need:

  • Ideally 2 years of Credit Control exposure with experience hitting KPI's
  • Experience managing large sums of data using Excel
  • Great time management, organisational and quick-thinking skills in order to succeed in this fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in order to confidently resolve customer queries and chase debtors whilst maintaining positive relationships via telephone and email
