In this fully office-based role, you will work within a lovely Credit Control team and report into the Credit Control manager. Your main responsibility will be managing a high value portfolio, utilising strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with the company's external stakeholders. Where your duties will include but aren't limited to chasing overdue debt via phone and email, handling query resolutions, preparing debtor reports, accounts and bank reconciliations, processing invoices and new accounts, as well as assisting with month-end ledger closing processes as required. This role is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a results-driven team who have a genuine supportive approach to how they work together to meet the team's KPIs.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Controller role essential, it is particularly advantageous if you also have experience maintaining a high value ledger and meeting KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Be a proactive team player, who is eager to contribute to the team and play an integral role in its success.
