Credit Controller - Solihull - Up to £28,000 + Hybrid Working

Are you a numbers whizz with a keen eye for detail? Do you love building great relationships and keeping cash flow in check? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our client's finance team in Solihull. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working pattern and fantastic benefits, offering you the perfect balance of office and home working.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the credit control inbox, responding to queries professionally and efficiently

  • Handling cash allocations and postings with precision

  • Liaising with customers via phone and email, using your strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships

  • Running monthly statements and keeping everything on track

  • Ensuring accuracy in credit control processes with top-notch attention to detail

What we are looking for!
  • Previous experience in a customer focused credit control or a similar finance clerical role

  • Exceptional attention to detail - you'll spot things others might miss!

  • Confident communicator (both written and verbal) with a professional manner

  • Proactive and organised, able to manage your workload effectively

  • Experience with Sage 200 is a plus, but not essential!
