As a credit controller you will join the European Financial Shared Services team of Credit Controllers, who have primary responsibility for cash collection from the customers. This is a busy, dynamic environment, working to tight deadlines. You will be providing world class customer service to our customers both internally and externally to ensure debt is collected timely and to terms. You will work with our internal customers to ensure the disputes are logged, reviewed and resolved in a timely manner and you will minimise any overdue invoices by managing the disputes and late payers and proactively work with the sites and the customer to alter payment behaviours. You must have credit control experience and have worked in a high volume environment.
