Billing Queries Support
Location: Solihull (2 days WFH after probation)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: £24k

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Queries Analyst to join the growing team. In this role, you will be a crucial player, handling and triaging billing-related tickets to support timely and accurate customer billing. This is a unique opportunity to start with simpler cases, working closely with a supportive team leader, and quickly progress into more complex queries as you grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve a high volume of billing tickets (around 1,500 per month), with initial training on simpler tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Identify and address root causes of common billing issues, enhancing our process efficiency.
  • Provide strong customer service via phone, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Support monthly billing cycles by performing data entry, handling Call Detail Records, and resolving pending records.

Ideal Candidate:
The perfect fit will have:

  • A solid background in administrative or support roles, ideally within telecoms.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a team-focused attitude, and a drive to resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, especially ConnectWise or ServiceNow is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • An eagerness to learn, strong time management skills, and a proactive approach to their work.
