Customer Service Consultant

Salary: £23,000 - £27,950 DOE

Location Solihull, B91

Key Duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, both in-branch and over the phone, making a positive and lasting impression.

  • Proactively reach out to customers, identifying their needs and discussing how we can support them.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with our policies and standards.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience interacting with customers, whether in person or over the phone.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond.
  • The ability to work well with others and handle a variety of customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to grow, adapt, and change while accommodating business needs and priorities.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
