Your main tasks will include answering customer questions, processing orders, and managing customer accounts. The role requires solving problems quickly and keeping customers happy.The ideal candidate will have:- Excellent Communication Skills: Able to convey information clearly and professionally in both writing and speaking.- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable, able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.- Attention to Detail: Careful in handling customer information and processing transactions correctly.- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinker who can resolve issues efficiently.- Experience in Customer Service: Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
