Morgan Hunt are currently working with a training provider in their search for a temporary Customer Support Co-ordinator reporting into the Service Delivery Manager.
You will be responsible for responsible for processing registrations across a range of training schemes in line with standards of service and team targets.The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with experience of high-volume data entry and processing and delivering against challenging service levels. You will be able to work in a busy environment with the confidence to work both independently and as part as a team. It is also important that you are detail oriented and have excellent IT skills.Job Title: Customer Support Co-ordinatorLocation: Solihull (2 days per week hybrid)Pay Rate: 拢13 per hour (PAYE)Job Type: TemporaryHours: Full-time (37 hours)Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities 路 Responsible for processing registrations across a range of training schemes in line with standards of service and team targets路 Checking, verifying, and logging registrations received, processing quickly, accurately, and efficiently using our registration systems路 Ensuring that all registration data is processed and stored in accordance with the company's GDPR requirements路 Handling and resolving issues relating to registrations and ensure compliance with organisation's data protection policies and processes路 Adapt and respond positively to change and improvements within the team and wider business.Person Specification 路 Must be able to deliver high level of service delivery experience路 Experience of high-volume data entry and processing and high standards of reporting skills路 Must have good IT skills; ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook路 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and emails路 Must be aware of GDPR and Data Protection legislationPlease contact to find out more information regarding this fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Co-ordinator.
