Mobile Cleaners are needed for a long-term temporary contract with a leading Housing Association in Birmingham.
Candidates must have previous cleaning experience and a full UK driving license.
The role involves general and deep cleaning of void social housing properties, as well as external cleaning and graffiti removal.
The position offers a pay rate of £13.50 per hour, with 37 hours of work per week, and may require out-of-hours shifts.
Candidates should be prepared to report repairs and assist in the collection and distribution of welcome packs.

Mobile Cleaners required to work with a leading midlands based Housing Association based in Birmingham.

My client requires a number of experienced mobile cleaners to work on a long term temporary contract.

Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal,
Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
Support when no lone working is required
Carry out sharps sweeps
Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.

Job details:

Start date: As soon a candidates are available

Location: Birmingham and Surrounding region

Duration: 6 months plus

Hours: 37 hours + out of hours Monday - Sunday

Pay rate: 13.50 per hour

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience

MUST HAVE Full UK driving license

Good communication skills
