We're looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Solihull. This role is available for full-time or part-time work, starting immediately and running until at least the May half-term, with the possibility of extension through July.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students in class as a Teaching Assistant, ensuring their academic and personal progress.
  • Assist with delivering lessons across various subjects, following the primary curriculum in Solihull.
  • Work alongside teachers to implement effective classroom management and support strategies.
  • Help manage student behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the overall development and well-being of students.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools, working within the primary setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, including both KS1 and KS2.
  • Adaptable, patient, and proactive in meeting the diverse needs of students.
  • Based in or near Solihull, with the ability to start immediately.
