My client, a successful, global FMCG group is looking to strengthen its maintenance department with the addition of an accomplished Maintenance Engineer electrically biased and a knowledge of PLCs.

As the Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for fault finding during production performing planned and predictive maintenance whilst assessing the need of spare parts.

You will also undertake effective planning and prioritisation of workload wherever necessary ensuring that resources are used to optimum effect and operate in line with relevant legislation, Company policy and Company procedures

Other key responsibilities will be to complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business, to maintain the required standards of housekeeping and to support other teams and functions as required by the business.

You will be an accomplished Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical specialisation, hold a relevant engineering qualification such ONC, ideally be a time served apprentice and PLC Experience.
