The Role

Reporting in to the Engineering Manager you will have the following duties:

-The design of new systems and processes.
-Overseeing the installation of machinery and equipment.
-Improving manufacturing efficiency.
-Carrying out FMEAs, process documentation and implement improvements.

The Person

Educated to a minimum of NVQ level 4 you will have the following experience:

-Experience in a first-tier automotive environment.
-Ability to train people inside and outside of your work group.
-Ability to design processes and layouts.
