- Support Architecture Development: Collaborate with the Head of Architecture to establish internal architecture functions and governance models.
- Business Modelling: Develop architecture models that map operations, capabilities, and value streams, ensuring alignment across information, application, and technology domains.
- Strategic Collaboration: Translate strategic goals into architectural solutions, driving decision-making and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work across departments to understand business processes and challenges, ensuring alignment with architecture.
- TOGAF Implementation: Apply TOGAF to create structured, standardised business architecture and produce key artefacts (catalogues, diagrams, roadmaps).
- Data Focus: Ensure architectural solutions support effective, compliant data management in line with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and drive performance.
- Governance & Compliance: Support governance frameworks that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in business architecture, or roles like Business Analyst, Consultant, or Project Manager.
- Experience in industries with complex data processing needs (e.g., utilities, finance, telecoms) is desirable.
- TOGAF certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in business modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) and creating architectural artefacts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
