This is a unique opportunity to shape a new and exciting role with your organisational flair, making it entirely your own based on the employer’s needs.In this fabulous new role, no two days will be the same! You will assist and aid the employer with a variety of day-to-day secretarial duties, ensuring smooth operations both personally and professionally. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000Location: Solihull, Birmingham Monday to Friday, full time permanent (09:00 - 17:00)

Your responsibilities will include:•    Managing travel arrangements•    Booking and scheduling personal and business appointments•    General diary management•    Handling administrative duties, including responding to emails•    Personal shopping and organisational tasks•    Managing parcels and couriers•    Booking personal appointments and reservations•    Managing subscriptions and memberships•    Assisting with business lunch collections and bookings•    Tackling any other ad hoc duties that arise

We are looking for someone with:•    Strong organisational and planning skills•    A good telephone manner•    Excellent communication abilities. •    The ability to prioritise a workload •    Driving license•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment•    A smart and well-presented appearance is also essential.
