Trinity House Group are excited to kickstart the year by working with a dynamic, high-performing Private Equity backed technology business based in the Solihull area who are recruiting for a Fiance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company, where you will have a direct impact on decision-making and business performance.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive the company's growth. You will be pivotal in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning while ensuring that financial operations align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver financial insight and recommendations.
  • Provide timely, accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
  • Lead financial planning cycles and assist with setting financial goals and targets.
  • Analyse financial performance and variances, identifying areas for improvement and offering solutions.
  • Support business case evaluations for key strategic projects and investments.
  • Ensure financial controls, processes, and reporting are in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and tools within the business.
  • Support the preparation of board materials and investor reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy in line with its growth objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a strong background in finance business partnering.
  • Experience in working with Private Equity backed businesses is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical accounting and financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present financial information clearly.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS sector would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced financial modeling.
