Trinity House Group are excited to be exclusively working with a highly acquisitive , PE backed business within the Solihull area, who are experiencing some amazing growth. This Business Partnering position will work with the Operations Departments in order to drive financial understanding within the Operations teams and provide insight and support to the wider FP&A team.

Responsibilities

The extent of your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as point of contact for the COO/CTO and wider Operations and Technology teams to provide financial insight and analysis.
  • Improve the teams understanding of the financials to drive better decision making Build strong relationships throughout the Operations/Technology teams and Senior Leadership team to promote collaboration and influence decision making.
  • Provide analysis and add financial insight to drive commercial gains across the operations and technology functions.
  • Identify areas of potential process improvement across the business, and support implementation.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process Identify and implement automation and efficient processes to enable rapid growth, and improve data integrity
  • Support KPI reporting the Group and at an entity level, working with the Operations teams to understand relevant KPIs and design and implement processes to capture them.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team, including Financial Control, Billing & M&A to drive a cohesive, forward looking team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with senior leadership and non-finance functions
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and controls.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • High levels of commercial awareness and an understanding of the businesses high-growth objectives.
  • Strong IT skills - ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Team player with a hands on attitude.
