Finance Director - Birmingham - 90K - 120K
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and leadership? I am recruiting for a Finance Director to manage a finance team and drive the financial success of the organisation.
As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the financial operations and also the HR and Procurement functions. You will also be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Completion of financial reports and statuary accounts.
- Lead the Year End Audit
- Lead on all payroll submissions
- Manage projects and ensure they're delivered on time
- Ensure Month End and Year End tasks are all completed on time
- Sign off monthly management accounts on company performance
- Ensure that all acquisitions processes are seamless
Skills required:
- ACCA or ACA qualification
- VAT
- Payroll
- Tax
- Audits
