Churchill Howard are working in partnership with a household name in Solihull to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to support their strategic growth plans.

The successful Finance Business Partner will partner senior management to develop and fulfil the strategic and financial priorities in a key business area.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing & supporting all key strategic and commercial decisions for the main business stakeholders.
  • Building and developing relationships with key internal partners.
  • Leading the analysis and development of long term contract management opportunities and risks.
  • Demonstrate cost and value created by the function for the wider business.
  • Leading on all planning, budgeting & forecasting activities.
  • Driving and supporting delivery of the change agenda across the business area.

The successful candidate:

  • Qualified ACA/CIMA accountant with significant post qualification experience.
  • A track record of commercial finance business partnering success, supporting senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate and influence with a variety of different stakeholders up to senior level is of paramount importance.
  • Ability to show others the vision of where a business needs to get to and influence them on this journey.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills will also be needed to be able to capitalise on opportunities and identify and communicate risks.

Longer term opportunities to develop further with the business will also be possible for those who demonstrate the value they bring to these roles and to the wider business in general.
