• Provide expert financial counsel to the executive leadership team on strategic growth opportunities and risk mitigation
• Lead complex financial modelling for transformational business initiatives and M&A activities
• Develop sophisticated performance analytics that uncover hidden value opportunities
• Design and implement strategic financial frameworks that enhance decision-making at board level

• Chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven track record of executive-level financial leadership
• Exceptional commercial acumen with ability to translate financial insights into strategic business actions
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives and board members
• Demonstrated success in influencing strategic direction through financial expertise
• Background in value-creation within sophisticated business environments
• Superior communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and impact
• Strategic mindset with capacity to balance immediate priorities against long-term value creation
• Experience in private equity or high-growth environments advantageous
