The Role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact by optimising our Rewards offering?
As our Reward and Benefits Specialist, you will lead and manage all aspects of our Reward and Benefits programme. There is lots to get involved in, including reviewing our Benefits package and driving changes where you see opportunity. You'll act as our benchmarking specialist, using WTW (Willis Towers Watson) and You will be heavily involved in the annual pay review process. There is also opportunity to shape bonus schemes across the business, and work with the wider talent team around recognition, retention, and long-term incentive plans, to attract and retain top talent.
This role offers the autonomy to drive key projects, collaborate with various departments, including Group Head office in Paris, and manage incentive schemes. There is opportunity to make impact, delivery best practice and play a pivotal role in our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with PF Group and local compensation policies, maintaining governance and control.
* Lead the annual Compensation Review Process (CRP), managing PFUK's salary and bonus budgets.
* Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including expatriate benefits, HMRC, and tax matters.
* Conduct salary benchmarking to support talent attraction and retention, ensuring pay equity.
* Manage PFUK incentive schemes, ensuring they drive desired behaviours and adhere to governance frameworks.
* Participate in BNP Paribas UK benefits meetings to stay informed about new initiatives.
* Lead reward and benefit projects, including annual SIP and Bonus waiver processes.
* Deliver the annual UK flexible benefits programme, Spectrum, with thorough testing and effective communication.
* Oversee data provision for the annual P11D process and manage the company car fleet and ARVAL Ignition Scheme.
* Produce accurate reports, ensuring data integrity and quality, and support HR team members in accessing data.
Skills & Attributes:
* Proven experience in a Reward & Benefits role (Must)
* Experience of job levelling / job evaluation tools (Must)
* Compensation & Benefits knowledge.
* Financial Services Experience.
* Industry related qualification.
* Strong attention to detail and communications skills.
* Ability to understand and support change.
* Strong relationship building skills.
