A growing BI team is hiring a BI Analyst to expand analytics beyond finance into marketing, sales, and property. This role focuses on building dashboards, developing KPIs, and delivering insights that shape business decisions.

THE COMPANY

This well-established company has built a strong BI team that traditionally supported finance but is now evolving into a business-wide analytics function. With a growing demand for data-driven decision-making, they are looking for a BI Analyst to drive analytics projects across multiple departments.

THE ROLE

As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in developing data-driven insights that improve business performance. You'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, marketing, and operations to ensure reporting aligns with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Power BI dashboards to track key business metrics.
Develop KPIs across marketing, sales, and property functions.
Use SQL for data integration, transformation, and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Proactively support new projects by refining and optimizing reporting.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate is a data-driven analyst with a strong foundation in Power BI and SQL.

Essential:

1+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or data-related role.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and DAX for reporting.
Hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation.
Strong communication skills-ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms.
A proactive mindset-someone who takes initiative in driving analytics projects.
