Delivery Manager
VGC have a new opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our office in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects within remit are delivered to the highest standards and in line with the company procedures.
- Achieve Budget
- Manage the team of Labour Managers, including being their point of escalation, providing day to day support and ensuring KPI’s are met.
- Work in collaboration with other departments such as Operations, HR, Training, Payroll and Business Development
- Regional travel will be required to ensure the highest quality of delivery.
- Maximize all opportunities for business development.
Skills & Experience:
- Budget Control Skills
- Valid UK Driving License
- Technical knowledge of the Construction Industry, including an understanding of relevant industry legislation
- Knowledge of fundamental employment legislation
- Commercial Awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Financial Management
- Relevant tickets that enables access to construction sites
