VGC have a new opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our office in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects within remit are delivered to the highest standards and in line with the company procedures.
• Achieve Budget
• Manage the team of Labour Managers, including being their point of escalation, providing day to day support and ensuring KPI’s are met.
• Work in collaboration with other departments such as Operations, HR, Training, Payroll and Business Development
• Regional travel will be required to ensure the highest quality of delivery.
• Maximize all opportunities for business development.

Skills & Experience:

• Budget Control Skills
• Valid UK Driving License
• Technical knowledge of the Construction Industry, including an understanding of relevant industry legislation
• Knowledge of fundamental employment legislation
• Commercial Awareness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Financial Management
• Relevant tickets that enables access to construction sites

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: To be discussed

Start Date: Immediate
