We are looking to expand our grounds maintenance department and currently have vacancies for an experienced Tractor Operator. You will report in the first instance to your Team Leader, working as part of a team, responsible for the Gang Mow team activities at schools, commercial properties and sports clubs.
Tractor Operator duties will include:
- Field mowing
- Verti-draining and slitting
- Flailing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tractor operator, specifically with gang mowing, verti-draining, and flailing
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
