About the Business
An opportunity to become the Head of FP&A for an international service company based in Solihull with amazing growth potential. The role, based near Blythe Valley, will report to the Group FD and will play a key role in driving strategic FP&A across the group. The role involves refining financial models, conducting scenario analysis, and managing long-term budgets to support the company’s strategic objectives. This position offers the chance to make a real impact in a growing, dynamic organisation. The company really are after a leader, a strategic driver, and someone less “in the weeds”.
Main Duties:
As The Head of FP&A, your main duties include:
- Manage forecasting and budgeting across the group.
- Enhance strategic planning and financial modelling for improved performance insights.
- Introduce scenario modelling to support performance reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed financial investigations to support senior and local finance teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving efficiency and best practice across group finance operations.
- Lead a team of FP&A accountants.
Location / Office / Culture
The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office based in Solihull. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a strong team of 80+. The business is very flexible in its working patterns and due to the current ongoing growth offers great chances for progression.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Well-versed in commercial finance
- Experience in financial planning within a large corporate environment
- A commercially driven mindset
- Driving License
