ThisisanexceptionalopportunitytojoinamajorinternationalgroupasHeadofFinancialPlanning&Analysis.ThisUKbasedrolewillprovidetheopportunitytotravelinternationally(Europe)withgroupwideresponsibilityforprovidinghighqualitybusinessinsightandstrategicplanning.ThisisanexcitingtimetojointhegroupinarolewhereyoucanmakeasignificantimpactthroughthedevelopmentofkeybusinessmetricsandreportingusingWorkdayAdaptivePlanningsoftware.

ReportingtotheGroupFinanceDirectorandmanagingasmallteamyourremitwillinclude:

  • ManagingthegroupforecastingandbudgetingactivitiesacrossmultipleentitiesintheUKandEurope
  • Developingstrongstakeholderrelationshipsatseniormanagementleveltodeliverimpactivebusinessinsightsthatwillinfluencekeydecisionstoimprovebusinessperformance
  • EnsurethedevelopmentandfullutilisationofthecapabilitiesthattheWorkdayAdaptivePlanningsoftwarecanprovidetothebusiness
  • Toworkcloselywithbusinessleaderstocreatestrategicplanstomeetgroupobjectivesusingscenariomodellingandothertechniques
  • Identifyareasforcontinuousimprovementusingbestpracticemethodstodeliverefficiencyandcostsavings
  • Developmentofyourimmediateteamandsupportthe'up-skilling'ofthewiderfinanceteamsintheuseofthebusinesstoolsavailable
