SF are thrilled to be working a fantastic and growing engineering business who are on the look out for an outgoing and skilled HR Administrator to come and join their team. This role is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive HR Administrator who is keen to step into an established and fast pace HR function where they will support the HR Manager with various duties including; - Being first point of contact for HR queries - Supporting the HRBP and HR Manager where necessary - Onboarding and off boarding as well as data management - Ensuring compliance within the payroll process - Updating the HR system We are looking for someone with; - Strong MS Excel skills - Strong organisation skills and attention to detail - CIPD 3 or working towards is ideal but not essential - Strong administrative experience with either recruitment or HR knowledge This is a hybrid role based in Solihull 8:30-5 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday. Offering up to £30K depending on experince. This role will be supporting the wider HR team as well as dealing with senior management across the business.
