HR MI Systems SpecialistLocation: Solihull Salary: up to £50,000

Contract: permanent

The HR MI Systems Specialist will be responsible for the review, improvement and delivery of comprehensive reporting and insights to the HR team and wider organisation.

  • This will involve gathering, organising, and analysing data from various sources using a range of tools and presenting the outputs in clear meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Our aim is to develop an HR environment with high quality MI to support business strategies, with better and faster decisions informed by data.
  • Within the next 6 months, you will review 4 different systems used for payroll, HR, compliance and recruitment to create consistency and dashboards, but most importantly providing the business with advice and input on how to get most out of the systems they have.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and improving processes and policies; you will be responsible for data coming into the systems successfully.
  • Ideally you will have experience using iTrent and business objects.
  • The role will be hybrid, so you will need to be able to access Solihull regularly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous HR Data role with a focus on HR systems and analysing data. The successful candidate will be:

  • Proficient in HR Systems with proven experience using iTrent
  • Business objects experience
  • Expert in MS suite applications Power BI, Word, Excel (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential), PowerPoint, Outlook.

Experience of delivering reports and presentations to management level audiences:

  • Detailed oriented
  • Good organisational and excellent communication skills
  • Good aptitude in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data
