What you'll do:As the Interim Head of Operational Resilience, your primary role will be to ensure the ongoing development of the Operational Resilience Framework. You will analyse monthly resilience reports, manage the resilience scenario library, and influence project development to ensure resilience from design. Your ability to form and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
- Develop the Operational Resilience Framework to be robust and fit for purpose
- Analyse monthly resilience reporting and support stakeholders in identifying variances
- Manage resilience scenario library and facilitate testing
- Influence and engage with projects to ensure resilience from design
- Form and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
