Location:Solihull

Salary: Circa 40,000 (with potential for an increase for the right engineer)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead with an electrical or general building services bias to join our clientsdynamic teamin Solihull.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead a small team of 3 Engineers and 2 Administrators, ensuring the effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), managing reactive tasks, and maintaining building services. The successful candidate will also support the team in the absence of the manager, attend client meetings, and oversee day-to-day operations of building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers and admin staff in maintaining building services
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the manager's absence
  • Oversee and ensure the completion of PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Attend and represent the engineering team in meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
