The Role:
The candidate will drive & support MES implementation for large manufacturers. Will also be responsible for design, integration, lifecycle management, development of solutions
Area of Responsibility
High End-to-End MES Solution / Systems / technical Design
Capacity and performance models for downstream/ communication systems
Ownership of Interface definitions during the execution phase for the MES Supplier
Technical Deployment Models
Governance / Coordination of User Acceptance testing
Management of various on-shore/off shore technical resources.
Design & Development of components \ module.
Deployment and Commissioning of MES components.
Understanding business requirement.
Knowledge / Experience
- A deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems.
A deep understanding of the core concepts for supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of the Automotive Business Operating Model
Knowledge of queue-based communication to external system.
Real-Time Data collection, Analysis and Reporting
Understanding of PLC, SCADA Systems
Experience in any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau) etc.,
GE Proficy Suite Products Cimplicity, Workflow, Historian etc.,
A deep understanding OPC , MQTT , AMQP protocols.
Understanding about RDBMS , writing optimized sql query , db optimization.
Understanding about Devops tools like Jenkins, BitBucket , Docker , etc .
MES / MoM implementation for Automotive is a plus.
