The Role
- As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and title checking
- With a minimum of two years' experience handling your own caseload, you will have broad exposure to all aspects of residential conveyancingÂ
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing re-mortgage transactions, lease extensions and title checking
- Providing expert, client-focused service throughout the conveyancing process
