  • Manage the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process, keeping all parties informed and updated.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sales, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure all sales progression activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales progression activities to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong understanding of the property, mortgage, and conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
