Job Description

  • Supporting all aspects of sales delivery
  • Manage daily customer and internal requests
  • Requires the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both the customer and key co-workers internally.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Optimise sustainable business by working alongside the Sales Director to ensure the development and deployment of both long, mid to short term strategic business plans. Work closely with the wider team to support in all aspects of business
  • Managing and keeping essential key contact details, price files and trackers up to date
  • Reporting and analysing Epos Sales against forecasts, preparing forward forecasts
  • Supporting internal functions with daily admin tasks from opening new accounts, sending customer samples, amending, and booking order delivery dates
  • Managing day to day operation with external and internal Logistic teams
  • Conduct store visits as requested by Line Manager to assess competitor and current product range

Key skills
  • Understanding of customer needs, business strategy and operations.
  • Experience of successfully building and utilising business relationships and networks.
  • Track record of effective organisation and communication skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills including report writing.
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with and build relationships both internal and external
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products Excel, Word, PowerPoint
