Location: Solihull

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Temporary position.

Our client are currently looking for a Scheduler to start as soon as possible in the Solihull area due to an increase in contracts. They are looking for a highly motivated candidate with previous experience in a Scheduling role to join the team.You will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling works in a timely manner
  • Managing installers diaries
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, installers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Uploading and updating information onto the companies system

The sucessful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum 1 years' experience in a scheduling role
  • Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Have experience working with Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Have experince in social housing
