  • Maintenance of internal business works management systems
  • Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, drawings etc.
  • Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information.
  • Document and revision control.
  • Drawing and revision control
  • Supporting and recording change control.
  • Office management and general clerical duties
  • Material receipt and recording
  • Supporting the Operational team with day-to-day activities
  • Building effective relationships with direct employees, sub-contractors and client companies
  • Minute writing

What you'll need:Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have worked within utilities or a similar industryHave exceptional organisation skills.Be able to work to tight deadlines and own initiative.Be competent using MS Office packagesAlways deliver excellent customer service
